# Revv

> Revv is AI estimating software for collision repair shops. It writes the first estimate from damage photos, or starts from an estimate the shop already has. It checks every line against the estimating guides (the P-pages), DEG inquiries and OEM repair procedures, fixes wrong lines, adds missing ones and shows the source for each. The shop reviews every line and sends everything.

Revv is backed by Entrepreneurs First.

## Who it is for

- Independent collision shops
- MSOs
- Dealer body shops
- OEM-certified shops

## How it works

1. **Start from photos or an estimate.** Revv writes a first estimate from damage photos and voice notes, or reads an estimate PDF from CCC ONE, Mitchell, Audatex or the insurer.
2. **Before the estimate goes out.** Revv checks every line against the P-pages, DEG inquiries and OEM repair procedures. It fixes wrong lines and adds missing ones, each with its source. Nothing changes until the estimator approves it.
3. **When the adjuster pushes back.** Revv compares the insurer allowance with the shop estimate and drafts a short reply that cites the same sources. The shop reviews it and sends it.

Revv works next to the estimating system the shop already uses (CCC ONE, Mitchell or Audatex). The shop starts from damage photos or uploads an estimate PDF, including the insurer's estimate. Revv gives back the finished estimate as a PDF; it does not write into the estimating system.

## Where it works

Ava, the Revv assistant, works in iMessage and in the dashboard. The estimator texts teardown photos and voice notes from the bay, then reviews and approves the repair plan at the desk. One repair has one record in both places.

## What Revv is not

Revv is not an insurer, an insurance adjuster, a public adjuster, an appraiser or a law firm. It does not represent vehicle owners, does not negotiate claims, and does not contact insurers or customers on anyone’s behalf. AI drafts can be wrong; the shop reviews and approves every change and sends every document in its own name. Revv does not guarantee that an insurer will pay for any line.

## Frequently asked questions

### Does Revv replace CCC ONE, Mitchell or Audatex?

No. Keep your estimating system. Start Revv from damage photos, or upload an estimate PDF from CCC ONE, Mitchell, Audatex or the insurer. Revv gives you the finished estimate as a PDF, with the source for every line.

### Where does the proof come from?

From published sources: the estimating guides for CCC/MOTOR, Mitchell and Audatex (the P-pages), DEG inquiry results, and OEM repair procedures and position statements. Each line shows the page it comes from.

### Will more lines on the first estimate hurt my DRP relationships?

Revv adds a line only when a published source supports it, and it shows that source on the line. When the work is on the first estimate, the adjuster has fewer supplements to review later. You decide what goes to the insurer.

### Does it send anything on its own?

No. Revv drafts estimates, supplements and replies. Nothing goes to an insurer or a customer until you send it.

### Who sees my estimates, photos and customer details?

Your shop controls them. We use them only to run Revv for your shop, and we do not sell personal information. We share them with the service providers that run Revv, such as hosting and AI providers, and in the few other cases that our Privacy Policy (https://joinrevv.co/privacy) lists, such as when the law requires it.

### How is Revv priced?

Your first estimate check is free. After that, pricing depends on your shop, and we go through it once you have seen the result. Check one estimate (https://joinrevv.co/#demo).
