This policy tells how Revv collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit our website or use our product (the “Service”). Revv is software for collision repair businesses. It is not an insurer or an adjuster.

## 1. Information we collect

**Information you give us.** When you ask for a demo, you give us your name, work email and company. You can also give us details about your shop.

**Information in the Service.** When a shop uses Revv, it uploads repair estimates, photos, voice notes, insurer documents and messages. These can include information about vehicle owners, such as names, contact details, vehicle details and claim numbers.

**Information we collect automatically.** Our servers record basic technical data, such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and the time of a visit, so that we can keep the Service secure and working.

## 2. How we use information

- to answer your request and arrange a demo;
- to provide the Service, including review of estimates and drafts of supplements and replies;
- to keep the Service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems;
- to improve the Service;
- to obey the law.

We use the demo form only to answer your request. We do not send marketing emails or text messages from it.

## 3. Shop data and vehicle owner data

The shop that uploads information about its customers controls that information. Revv processes it for the shop, only to provide the Service, and under the shop’s instructions. Vehicle owners who have questions about their information should contact the shop that repairs their vehicle.

## 4. AI processing

Revv uses AI models to read documents and to draft content. Service providers that host these models process data for Revv, under contract.

## 5. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only:

- with service providers that help us run the Service, such as hosting, AI and email providers, under contract;
- when the law or a valid legal process requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of people;
- as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, under this policy;
- with your permission.

Revv does not send your documents to insurers or customers. Your shop sends them.

## 6. Cookies

Our website does not use advertising cookies. If we add analytics, we will update this policy and, where the law requires it, ask for your permission.

The website stores three settings in your browser’s local storage: your light or dark theme, whether reading mode is on, and your reading text size. They stay on your device and are not sent to us. You can clear them in your browser settings.

## 7. Retention

We keep personal information while your account is open or while we need it for the purposes above. When it is no longer necessary, we delete it or make it anonymous, unless the law requires us to keep it.

## 8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures to protect information. No system is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

## 9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can have the right to see, correct, delete or get a copy of your personal information, and to object to some uses of it. To make a request, contact us. We will not treat you differently because you use these rights.

## 10. Children

The Service is for businesses. It is not for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
